  It's here! The long awaited "Fourth Street Live" project is open for business. The $70 million project is being developed by Baltimore-based The Cordish Co. under an agreement with Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government. Fourth Street Live features other fun businesses as the Hard Rock Café, Red Star Tavern, McFadden's Bar and Restaurant, Rascals Comedy Club, Borders Books and Music, TGI Friday's, Premier Fitness, Red Cheetah and Fashion Shops of Kentucky.
