Through September 30, 2005 there were 10,291 single-family homes sold with a median sales price of $140,000 and an average sales price of $176,282. There were 1,243 condominium units sold with a median sales price of $117,000 and an average sales price of $183,251. The average property sold for approximately 96.54% of list price in after 74 days on market.
